The risk of loss for all purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or, in the case of local delivery, upon delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for ensuring prompt retrieval and proper cold storage of the products immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delay in retrieval or improper storage after delivery.
