1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

| Processing Time | We aim to process and meticulously pack all fresh meat and deli orders within 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). |
| Processing Example | An order placed at 2:00 PM on Monday starts Tuesday and will be shipped by the end of Thursday. |
2. Packing for Freshness

All our perishable products are expertly packed to ensure they maintain a chilled and safe temperature during transit.

Premium Packaging: Your order is packed in custom insulated boxes with sufficient ice-gel packs to keep the contents fresh for the duration of the delivery window.

Customer Responsibility: We highly recommend refrigerating the goods immediately upon receipt.

We currently only deliver within the Wellington Region as we explore the best ways to send our fresh goods nationwide. Nationwide shipping is coming soon!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a direct link to the courier's website for the most up-to-date information.

Correct Address: Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.

Authority to Leave (ATL): Due to the perishable nature of the products, our courier has an Authority to Leave the package in a secure, safe place if you are not home.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for the condition of the products once the courier confirms delivery to the safe place.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection at the Eastbourne Butchery during our operating hours: Monday: 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM; Tuesday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday: 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM; Sunday: Closed. Please bring your order confirmation email. |

However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will work quickly to resolve it. |
