Wild Game Processing: Venison
Drop-Off Requirements
To ensure the highest quality and food safety, please adhere to the following standards:
Booking: Please email the store in advance to organize your drop-off: eastbournemeats@gmail.com
Condition: All venison must be boned out and clean.
Preparation: Head and guts must be removed.
Hygiene: Meat must be free of excess hair, dirt, or debris.
Storage: We accept both fresh and frozen meat.
Processing Services & Pricing
If you require us to break down your wild venison:
Basic Breakdown (Sausage Prep): $199.00
Professional processing of your boned-out meat into trim for sausage production.
Prime Cut Package: +$199.00 (Additional)
In addition to the basic breakdown fee.
Expertly prepared into Roasts, Steaks, and Mince.
Includes professional Vacuum Packing and Labeling.
Handcrafted Sausages
Our sausages are made using natural hog casings and gluten-free seasonings. They are sold raw, packed in 6-packs, and fully labeled.
The Yield: For every 10kg of meat provided, the final return is approximately 14kg (after seasonings and ingredients).
Yield Disclaimer: Final weight is subject to the quality and trim of the meat provided.

Terms & Collection
Payment: A 50% deposit is to be paid on drop-off; the remaining balance is due on pick-up.
Turnaround: Orders are typically ready for collection within 1 week.
Contact: We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
